Welcome to Kümler Handcrafted (KH) and our website’s terms and conditions of use. You access this website in accordance with these conditions, and all orders placed by you are subject to these conditions. Please note that Kümler Handcrafted may revise these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this content.

Personal Service and Guidance
No matter where you hunt or otherwise enjoy nature, KH offers an extensive selection of fine leather goods, exclusive knives, and accessories carefully selected by KH to provide you with the ultimate experience of comfort, design, and performance. We encourage all customers to make use of my personal shopping service. Simply contact me to discuss your needs, and we will find the right solution.

I offer a variety of fine leather goods and knives that can be customized or modified to individual needs. I can help you find a gift that is either practical, beautiful, or both – but always a gift that will be deeply appreciated. We are generally available from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We are passionate nature lovers and eager to share our knowledge to enhance your hunting and outdoor experience. If you have any doubts about a product’s suitability, please contact me so we can guide you through your requirements for the perfect leather piece. I hope most of your questions are already answered on the website, but should you have any further questions, need information, or have a rare complaint – or praise – for Kümler Handcrafted, please write to contact@kumler-handcrafted.com, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Purchasing Products
The vast majority of my products are made to order. If a product is ordered from the “Ready for Sale” (Klar til salg) section of the webshop, each item is sold subject to its product description, which sets out specific conditions relating to that product, including estimated delivery dates, warranties, and after-sales service. We will do our utmost to ensure that all details and descriptions of the products appearing on the website are correct at the time the relevant information was entered into the system.

Although we aim to keep the website as up-to-date as possible, the information, including product descriptions, appearing on this website at a particular time may not always accurately reflect the data at the exact moment you place an order. It is also important to note that due to the limitations of photography and the internet in general, the colors of items you receive may vary slightly from those displayed on your screen. Kümler Handcrafted cannot be held responsible for variations in color from screen to reality. If you are dissatisfied with an item in any way, you can, of course, return it. Prices are as stated on the website at the time you place your order. Prices shown on the website include Danish VAT (moms).

We do not include shipping costs in the price of individual items, as delivery fees are calculated on your order as a whole. Any shipping costs (where applicable) will be added and clearly displayed at checkout.

Warranties
Leather Goods
The leather products I supply come with a lifetime warranty. For as long as I live.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects on MY part. Long disclaimer statements could be written here, but the short version is: if you take care of your items, they will last.
For instance, if you place your gun case or ammunition pouch on the radiator after a wet hunt, leaving the leather completely dried out and ruined after 2 years – the warranty is void. Always let it dry in warm surroundings over time.

Knives
If a knife comes apart, I will reassemble it free of charge. This has never happened, so I feel safe making that promise. If it tarnishes (e.g., silver elements), if the surface of the handle becomes dull, or if it rusts, this is a maintenance issue. No warranty is provided.

Repairs
There is no warranty on repairs, as they are usually performed on “mature” materials. You will be informed from the outset about what results you can expect. [1]

No matter what, you can rest assured that you can always reach out with any questions – and receive absolutely fair treatment. I make my living from happy, reasonable customers. If I have made a mistake, I will fix it.

Availability
All orders for products in the “Ready for Sale” section are subject to availability. If an item you order is out of stock, we will notify you via email or phone as soon as possible. Your account will not be debited until your order (or the first part of a multi-part order) is shipped, unless the item you requested is a custom, made-to-order product.

Payment Options
We accept orders through this website and also by phone at +45 26 24 80 80 (9:00 AM – 4:00 PM) Danish time, Mon-Fri. Payment is made via bank transfer. [1]

Returns and Right of Cancellation
Items made to order as unique pieces or custom-tailored to your measurements cannot be returned. You will receive thorough documentation and photos before I ship them, and I have yet to receive a single item back.

For non-personalized, standard items purchased directly from the webshop, you have a 14-day right of cancellation from the day you receive the item. I must be clearly notified of your wish to cancel no later than 14 days after receipt. You then have 14 days to return the item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Condition of returned items: You are welcome to unpack and examine the item, but if it has been used to an extent that it shows signs of wear (e.g., marks in the leather), you risk receiving only a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the diminished value.

Privacy Policy
Kümler Handcrafted is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information we hold is stored securely, and we will only use the information we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with data protection regulations). When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or other details to assist with your purchase. We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to a newsletter, fill out a form, or enter details on our site.

We may use the information we collect from you when you register, make a purchase, sign up for our newsletter, respond to a survey or marketing communication, browse the website, or use certain other site features in the following ways:

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area), we will always obtain your consent first. In addition, all sensitive/payment information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user places an order, enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information.

We use cookies on our site to:
