We offer a range of fine leather goods and knives which can be personalized or modified to the individual's needs. We can help you find a gift which is either practical or beautiful or both, but always a gift that will be well received. Each product purchased is sold subject to its product description which sets out specific conditions relating to that product including, without limitation, estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after sales service and guarantees. I will take all reasonable care to ensure the details and descriptions of the products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system.
Although I aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. It is also important to note that due to the limitations of photography and the web in general, colors of goods you receive may differ slightly to those displayed on your monitor. Kümler Handcrafted cannot be held responsible for any variations in product specifications enforced without notice by my suppliers. If you are in any way dissatisfied with an item, you may of course return it. Prices are as quoted on the website at the time you place your order. The prices displayed on the site include Danish VAT.
I do not include delivery charges within the price for individual items, as delivery fees are calculated on your order as a whole. Any delivery charges (where applicable) are added and clearly stated at the checkout.
Availability
All orders for products are subject to availability. If any item, you order is not in stock we will let you know by email or telephone as soon as possible. Your credit card will not be charged until your order (or the first part of a multi-part order) is shipped, unless the item that you have requested is a special order such as e.g. a hand-made product.
