    Postage & Packaging
    Kümler Handcrafted aims to dispatch all stock items quickly and securely to our customers at the best price available. All deliveries will require a signature as proof of delivery.

    All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
    Orders on “Ready for sale” received by midday will be dispatched same day - Monday-Friday (subject to availability).
    Some delivery options may not be available for certain areas, and surcharges may apply to extended area zones.

    European Shipping Information
    The prices paid exclude the costs of VAT and duties at the recipient countries prevailing rate, therefore further costs and delays may occur after their orders are shipped. Depends on local rates.

    Handmade Leather Lead-times
    As most leather goods are made to order, please allow some extra time to fulfil your request. Our current lead time is 4-8 weeks depending on the article ordered but please enquire if your order is urgent.

    Overseas Delivery
    Kümler Handcrafted offers worldwide delivery on the majority of our online items. Please note there may be specific exceptions on individual items or restrictions on certain items dependent on the country of export. Please also be aware that countries outside the EU may be liable for extra customs charges that are outside of our control. Delivery times maybe slightly longer than expected if a item is held at customs.

    If you wish to cancel an order placed with Kümler Handcrafted please return the confirmation email to us stating your wish to cancel the order or phone one of our team on +45 26 24 80 80 between 9 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday. If your order has already been dispatched cancellation will not be possible.

    Returns Procedure
    We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, however, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Kümler Handcrafted order, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition.

    Unfortunately, we are not able to offer a refund on personalized or made to measure goods unless they are faulty. All sale or discounted merchandise is final sale. You will be informed during the process of creating bespoke items, and they wil not be refundable.

    Kümler Handcrafted cannot take any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit. We would therefore ask that you ship your return in a traceable manner. If we find that the product has been returned and is not in a fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct up to 20% from the original selling price for the refund amount.

    All returns being sent back to Kümler Handcrafted are at the expense of the customer.

    This does not affect your statutory rights. We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

    Please be aware that goods ordered for overseas can vary with delivery depending on the import/exports of your country.
