I perform demanding trophy preparation. Not just the boiling and mounting of traditional trophies. That would be too costly compared to skilled “hobby-boilers” who do an excellent job on standard trophies.
But IF you have a particularly demanding task that requires craftsmanship others do not provide, I am happy to do it.
And IF the story behind the trophy is special, it immediately becomes a challenge that I gladly take on.

This customer had been pursuing this buck in Sweden for 3 years, and then he finally got his chance while it – unfortunately – was still in velvet.
However, it was harvested, and I received it along with a description of the antlers and their coloration from previous years. The buck had been larger in the past, but the customer wanted it preserved as a cherished hunting memory.
Long story short: I received the “raw” head, processed it, and colored it to look exactly as it did in days gone by. The coloring is not just a substance smeared onto the surface, but a process where the colors are built up in layers using a brush. The stain penetrates the antlers and is applied in darker and darker layers, with a strong focus on making the color transitions smooth and natural. It takes a bit of time 😉
And even though the buck is far from his largest, it now holds the place of honor in the collection. Because of the story.
